Pilot Plant Senior Master Technician

In-depth analysis and understanding of the specifications and expected characteristics of the CIIAE pilot plants.
- Follow-up of the construction, assembly and commissioning of the plants.
- Plant O&M training.
- Design of work plans and safety protocols.
- Proposal of supply and service contracts.
- Annual budget for plant investments and expenses.
- Plant O&M.
- Proposal of equipment and operation improvements.
- Plant personnel supervision.

**Requisitos**
- Engineer with a Master's Degree (Preferably Industrial, Industrial Electronics or Chemistry)
- Other education: Specific training in pilot plant technologies -hydrogen and PowerToX, power electronics, electrochemical storage, heat transfer technologies or thermal storage
- will be an asset.
- Minimun 5 years of experience in energy storage or in the desing, construction, operation or maintenance of power or industrial plants (preferably in the energy sector).
- Statistical skills: it will be valued
- Partcipation and/or collaboration in R&D&i/ business projects: it will be valued
- Experience in Research centers/companies: it will be valued
- Languages: Verbal and written comunication in English, level B2 or higher. Knowledge os Spanish level B2 or higher.
- Cross-cutting competences: Demostrated ability to work in a team and network. Comunication skills. Proactive, organized and creative person. Adaptability to the workplace.
