**INTERNSHIP HHRR**

Dar soporte al departamento de RRHH en todos los procesos y proyectos, colaborando con las distintas áreas tales como: Relaciones laborales, selección de personal, formación y desarrollo

**Lo que harás**

Colaboración en la implementación de herramientas de desarrollo de personas: On-boarding plan, etc.

Apoyo en la gestión de las relaciones laborales de la planta.

Colaboración en procesos de selección.

Colaboración en la gestión de las cuentas de trabajo temporal, contrataciones, cobertura de vacantes.

Gestión de bases de datos y clasificación de documentación

Soporte en implementación de acciones corporativas vinculadas a los RRHH.

**Requisitos**

Formación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, Recursos Humanos, Psicología y/o pedagogía

Buen conocimiento del Paquete Office

Dominio de idioma inglés

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo

Habilidades comunicativas

La práctica se hará a través de convenio universitario.

La planta de Essity en Navarra está ubicada en Allo, Tierra Estella, cuenta con aprox. 400 empleados y se dedica a la producción y transformación de papel tisú: papel higiénico, de cocina, pañuelos y servilletas.
