Estamos buscando a una persona que tendrá el rol de **Talent Agent Assistant** con ganas de revolucionar la selección y darle la vuelta a la tortilla en **Candee.**

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**

Tu misión será la de **dar apoyo en todo el proceso de gestión de las posiciones abiertas**, dando un **punto fresco y creativo** a todo lo que se hace en el equipo y colaborando en:

- El filtrado y hunting/búsqueda activa de perfiles, publicación de ofertas y configuración del proceso de selección; así como en el apoyo con la búsqueda de perfiles específicos.
- La elaboración de informes sobre los procesos de selección.
- Ayudar a las personas representadas con la elaboración de su CV, perfil de LinkedIn, preparación de entrevistas,

**¿Cómo es el equipo con el que trabajarás?**

Trabajarás de la mano de **Marta**, CEO de Candee, y de **Mica**, Talent Agent Senior, **participando en todo el proceso de lanzamiento**. ¿A quién no le gustan esas mariposillas del principio?

**¿Qué te ofrecemos?**
- **Horario flexible** de entrada y de salida.
- **Jornada intensiva** todos los viernes, y los meses de julio y agosto.
- **23 días de vacaciones** **+ 2** (el 24 y el 31 de diciembre, te los regalamos)
- **Formato de asistencia híbrido**: Pedimos una asistencia mínima a la oficina de dos días por semana (entre martes y jueves). No obstante, las oficinas están abiertas de lunes a viernes para que puedan ser utilizadas. La asistencia será opcional durante los períodos de Semana Santa, mes de Agosto, semana del 6-8 de diciembre (en ciertos casos) y semanas de Navidad y Reyes.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**
- Que tengas **ganas de enamorarte** de un **proyecto enfocado a personas.**:

- Que hayas finalizado o estés finalizando un** Grado/Máster y puedas realizar convenio de prácticas o beca** SALCINES a tiempo completo, durante un mínimo de 6 meses (idealmente, 12).
- **Curiosidad, proactividad** y capacidad de** autoaprendizaje.**:

- Orientación al **detalle **y a la **calidad**, y que seas una persona organizada.
- Que te guste** trabajar en equipo** y aprender de tus compañerxs.
