**At Meltio, we are looking for an Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team
We are a young, yet rapidly growing company, aiming to take metal 3D printing to the next level by developing high-performance, affordable, and easy-to-use metal 3D printing solutions.**:

**Main responsibilities**:
**- Labor relations, personnel organization and planning, prevention of labor risks and ISO standards.**:
**- Motivation and coordination of the team of people under his supervision in accordance with the values of the company.**:
**- Management of the human resources department so that its functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.**:
**- Contribution to the general management of the human resources perspective.**:
**- Plan staffing levels in accordance with the organization of the Institute to ensure service while avoiding overruns and cost overruns.**:
**- Manage shifts, vacations, leaves and absences.**:
**- To have properly documented and updated the definition of all jobs in the company.**:
**- Design new positions, define functions and responsibilities together with the management of the department to which the person will belong.**:
**- To foresee the medium and long term personnel needs.**:
**- Analyze compensation systems to promote internal and external equity and staff motivation.**:
**- Planning and organization of the necessary training courses.**:
**- Performance evaluation and personnel control**:
**- Management of all legal-administrative procedures involving the company’s personnel (selection and formalization of contracts, payroll and social security processing, and control of employee rights and duties).**:
**You will be a great fit for the Meltio team if you are/have**:
**- Bachelor/Degree of Psychology.**:
**- Postgraduate of Human Resources or equivalent.**:
**- 2+ years experience in a Human Resources post.**:
**- Great capacity for adaptation and learning.**:
**- Great communicative abilities.**:
**- We will value the ability to use a HHRR management program, such as Factorial.**:
**Salary: 20.000 - 24.000€ gross/year.**:
