**About the Role**
Reporting to the Sales Director of the International Business Unit, the Inside Sales Manager will take a leadership role in driving revenue and sales growth by developing, coaching, and guiding a team to attain goals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales staff focused on selling a value-based digital advertising solution for marine industry clients. You will work closely with various Boats Group teams to ensure sales channel coordination, cooperation, and success. With your self-motivation and goal-orientation, you will manage a high performance team of sales specialists in key business channels and meet aggressive goals This position requires a strong background in inside sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals and implementing/steering by strong processes.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Set sales targets and objectives for the team and track performance against these goals.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and recognition to team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and training programs to maximise the team's productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Build in-depth knowledge of each territory and develop a strategy to identify revenue growth opportunities for each market.
- Develop a first-class inside sales organisation which epitomises our brand to our customers
- Educate team members on the Boats Group product suite, values, internal tools, and organisational structure to succeed in the market.
- Ensure internal alignment with various departments to drive sales efficiency.
- Be a champion for the entire sales organisation to instil progressive changes to ensure corporate success.
- Proactively identify team roadblocks and work with internal teams to provide real-time solutions.

**What You Should Have**
- Proven 5 years or more of managerial experience within a high-performance Inside-sales environment; preferably in digital media sales
- Must be well organised with strong team building capabilities
- Proven track record of success in managing and developing inside sales teams
- Ability to quickly assess business needs and work internally to drive proper solutions
- Experience in digital product sales
- Familiarity with the marine space and our customer base - preferred
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data in the sales process to drive optimal outcomes
- Related university degree preferred
- Languages: English fluent, other European languages are a plus (Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian)
