- The Product team is working on making shipping efficient for online stores. We are responsible for **building the most simple, lovable experience** that helps online stores give a great delivery experience. **Your Responsibilities**:

- As a global company with big ambitions, we're looking for the right match. We would love you to be an **experienced** **product professional with a creative spirit, and eager to build and improve our online SaaS platforms.**:

- As a Senior Product Manager, you will work alongside other team members, designing and** defining Shipstation's products and services from a business-driven and hands-on perspective.** You will **promote product initiatives through the entire lifecycle**, from problem identification to researching the best solution, as well as the planning, development, testing, and launch.
- You will be a **unifying force behind Shipstation's product strategy and execution, combining feedback **from sales, marketing, development, customers, and prospects to lead the execution of new features and functions. Sounds exciting, doesn't it?

**What we're looking for**:

- At least 3 years of experience in digital products.
- Fluent in English (your work will be mainly in English, working with UK and US)
- The ability to **create your own product strategy** and **lead its implementation.**:

- **You work thinking about the benefits for the user**. At Auctane we follow the **working backwards methodology** to ensure that we only launch initiatives that benefit our clients.
- Strong interest in product management and overall knowledge of digital products
- Be able to create **business cases and impact analysis.**:

- You are able to work **with engineering teams** and can **understand the trade-offs** of technology to **prioritize** maintenance tasks, technical debt, etc
- You know the product in depth and understand the use cases, are able to perform a demo and see the value in it and the room for improvement.
- **Mindset data-driven**, you should be able to present data to show why you are doing something and what you are aiming to improve.
- **Run experiments**, you will need to validate hypotheses by running test a/B, analyze the results and present them to the team and stakeholders
- **Excellent communication skills** (written and verbal) and proactive attitude. Capacity of expressing yourself clearly in written narrative, for redacting PRFAQs.
- **Stakeholder Management**:you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products together.
- You're great at **making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity** and keeping everyone on track.
