To support our continuous growth and expansion, we need to strengthen our team with a **Marketing Project Manager**. This position will be based in Madrid, reporting into the Group Brand and Website Director.

**The role**:
As part of the Group Marketing team, you will oversee the coordination and management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Marketing Project Manager will need to oversee all aspects of projects, manage the work backlog of graphic designers, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress when required.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Coordinating internal and external resources for project execution
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and taking detailed briefs with specific requirements
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Managing the relationship with the design team and all stakeholders, ensuring resource availability and allocation for each project
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Working with internal and external creative teams in the development and production of ads that motivate our target audience to "take action" and become leads for our salesforce
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external agencies
- Ensuring that all advertising and promotional materials follow brand guidelines and are able to transmit our core values
- Assisting country brand managers in the development of their marketing campaigns, ensuring they follow brand guidelines.
- Taking responsibility for the brand guardianship across all campaigns in country markets
- Working with the country teams to develop and implement PR strategies for entering new markets and launching new products
- Continuously monitoring the results of digital campaigns to define and implement corrective actions and impulse initiatives
- Monitoring and following up with the local markets the brand KPI's requirements to ensure brand awareness, consideration and lead generation

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A degree in a relevant field
- 3 years of experience in project management for Marketing
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Aftereffects and Indesign
