**Description**:
**Position overview**

You will be handling all IT tasks and systems administration, researching and evaluating emerging technologies, and tracking and maintaining hardware and software inventory in order to make us even more efficient.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
- Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
- Recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training.
- Manage the configuration of any required system and/or system upgrade
- Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions
- Supplier/Vendor Management:

- Prepare cost-benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor suppliers/vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technical suppliers and partners.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies at Dragons working with the partners to ensure successful set up and onboardings.
- Helpdesk / IT support
- Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
- Manage the online ticket system within our task management tool with the support of our Operations Manager
- Training: Prepare training materials, organise new starter onboardings on platforms and refresher training sessions.
- Establish a routine process for license and expense control
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.

**Requirements**:

- Five or more years of experience in IT management
- Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
- Previous experience in the below systems is required:

- MacOS administration
- LAN maintenance at Office
- Ms365 Admin: AAD and PowerShell soft skills (recommended)
- Server management: Soft Linux
- API management
- MDM management (ideal)
- SSO integrations (ideal)
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science - ideal.
