We are currently recruiting for freelance registered nurses for South Spain - Granada and Almería.

As a freelance nurse you will **visit clinical trial patients in their homes **to take blood, provide support and education and/or administer medication. The workload can vary from week to week but can be planned in advance according to the patients and nurses availability.

**Job Description**:

- Administer medication/treatments
- Take blood
- Provide specific training to patients if needed
- Participation in regular training courses on compliance, communication, adherence, motivation, product issues and drug safety
- Continuous and complete documentation and reporting
- Reporting of Adverse Events
- Documentation and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with minimum of two years experience
- Registration as a freelancer / self-employed nurse is required
- Experience in taking blood
- Active Nursing Registration and all necessary trainings
- Ability to manage own workload with mínimal guidance
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, coworkers, managers and clients
- Ability to work autonomously
- Flexible with time and willingness to travel in the Madrid region
- Drivers license and own car
- Good computer skills
- Good level of English would be a plus, but not mandatory
- Actualmente estamos buscando enfermeros/as colegiados/as autónomos/as para el sur de España - Granada y Almería.

Como enfermero autónomo **visitarás a pacientes de ensayos clínicos en sus domicilios **para realizar extracciones de sangre, proporcionar apoyo y educación y/o administrar medicación. La carga de trabajo puede variar de una semana a otra, pero se puede planificar con antelación en función de los pacientes y la disponibilidad de las enfermeras.

Descripción del trabajo:

- Administrar medicación/tratamientos
- Extraer sangre
- Proporcionar formación específica a los pacientes si es necesario
- Participación en cursos de formación periódicos sobre cumplimiento, comunicación, adherencia, motivación, cuestiones relacionadas con los productos y seguridad de los medicamentos
- Documentación e informes continuos y completos
- Notificación de acontecimientos adversos
- Documentación e informes

**Requisitos**:

- Enfermero colegiado con un mínimo de dos años de experiência
- Es necesario estar dado de alta como enfermero/a autónomo/a.
- Experiência en extracciones de sangre
- Registro de enfermería activo y toda la formación necesaria
- Capacidad para gestionar su propia carga de trabajo con una orientación mínima
- Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones de trabajo eficaces con pacientes, compañeros de trabajo, directivos y clientes
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma
- Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para viajar por la Comunidad de Madrid
- Carnet de conducir y coche propio
- Buenos conocimientos de informática
- Buen nível de inglés sería un plus, pero no obligatorio
