**Senior Project Manager**

Within our Intelligent Automation Team, we’re looking for a **Senior** **Project Manager** coordinating a large number of projects related to Finance, Procurement, HR and supply chain.

**Major tasks and responsibilities**:

- Plan and monitor Pipeline Design program execution through resource management, documentation and timeline monitoring.
- Determine and define project scope, objectives and timelines
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, risk management and progress
- Define and align the program roadmap and resource requirements for each project / program.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Lead the Project / Program with a strong attention on strategy, implementation and delegation
- Support the deployment and implementation of a new technologies across the business, serving as a connector between functions
- Provide business consultancy and assistance in areas related to Process Automation, reporting and data visualization
- Lead the Service Center Organization community and / or expert network, to achieve improvements in different processes.
- Select, develop and retain a high performing team, while championing a culture of employee engagement within the team and the different regions
- Define and develop the team’s member training path
- Manage resources in efficient way to priorities projects and developments in order to meet deadlines and goals

- Global Process owners or Team Leaders of the functions
- Other internal Hubs
- Center of Expertise

**Competences**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering, with 4+ years of experience.
- High Expertise of **SQL **programming and developments
- Profound knowledge in **Tableau and /Or Power BI**:

- Knowledge on** RPA, PowerApps / Power Automate**:

- Knowledge of data management, governance, and compliance
- 4 years’+ experience in people or project management
- Understand and simplify business needs and translate it into business value
- High level of English spoken and written
- Excellent Communication skills in multilingual environment, capable of working in an international environment
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices
- High learning agility and flexibility to adapt to different projects based on business demand
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, leveraging those skills across different cultures and functions
