**About the role**:
As a Fund Services - AML/KYC Trainee, you will work in a client-centric team of bright and motivated individuals. Together with your team, you will support prestigious clients in the alternative investment fund industry in their day-to-day operations through fundcraft’s proprietary platform. In the team, you will mainly be responsible for the timely delivery of transfer agency processes and other compliance-related matters via the fundcraft platform and you will be reporting to a Fund Services - Senior Associate or Manager.

**What you can expect to do in the role**:

- Assist in performing AML/KYC checks on clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collect KYC information and prepare it for review and approval under the guidance of the Compliance team. Learn to ensure accuracy and completeness in client documentation.
- Assist in filing and maintaining transaction records and investor information efficiently on the company's platform, with a focus on data accuracy and organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. Learn to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and clients.
- Provide input and support in responding to client queries promptly and efficiently, seeking guidance as necessary.
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory, client, and investor reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Assist in the processing and confirmation of capital activities, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and fund launches, learning the necessary steps and procedures for a successful completion.
- Participate in training and development activities to build expertise in AML/KYC processes. Dive into the technological advances of the company's platform to become proficient in its use.
- Act as a "power user" and provide regular feedback on the company's platform to support continuous improvement efforts.

Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:

- Degree in law, compliance, finance, economics, or management
- Spanish: fluent level (spoken and written)
- English: fluent level (spoken and written)
- To be available for an internship for at least 6 months on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday.
- Have the possibility of an internship agreement with your university

Preferred Qualifications:

- First experience in a Fund/Corporate/Finance/Legal specialist team
- First experience with client exposure
- Ability to prioritize and handle several deliverables multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Problem solving and analytical skills
