La persona que se incorpore en la posición de IT Inhouse Consultant SAP SD será responsable de liderar y gestionar proyectos de tecnología que apoyen las iniciativas comerciales de la empresa. Esta posición requiere una combinación de habilidades técnicas, de gestión y de negocio para asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con la calidad esperada.
**Obligaciones y responsabilidades**:
- Soporte actividades IT Comercial
- Definir el alcance del proyecto, los objetivos y los entregables en colaboración con la gerencia y los stakeholders.
- Elaborar planes de proyecto detallados que integren recursos, tiempo y presupuesto.
- Gestionar y coordinar el trabajo de los equipos de proyecto, incluyendo IT y otras unidades de negocio.
- Identificar y gestionar los riesgos del proyecto, asegurando la mitigación adecuada.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con todas las partes interesadas a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- Asegurar la alineación de los objetivos del proyecto con las estrategias y objetivos comerciales de la empresa.
- Supervisar la calidad de los entregables y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente interno.
- Administrar el presupuesto del proyecto y realizar seguimiento a los costos.
- Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el progreso, problemas y soluciones del proyecto.
**Competencias profesionales**:
- Título universitario en Informática, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado
- Experiência comprobada en gestión de proyectos de IT, preferiblemente en un entorno comercial; experiência profesional en el área de SAP SD
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo
- Nível avanzado de inglés
