**Purpose**:
The client portfolio encompasses over 340 properties comprising logistics, distribution, corporate head offices, and small regional multi-use properties. These client properties are serviced by mobile and static CBRE engineers, as well as supplier personnel, covering a full range of FM services. CBRE’s scope of technical responsibility ranges from repairs and maintenance, asset management, energy management, and building system optimisation, to fabric and roof repairs and maintenance and technical inspections.

**Key Activities & Tasks**:
The CMMS Analyst will provide support to the Senior Analyst and account team, ensuring that the CMMS system is delivered and operationalised in line with the requirements of our client, and those of the account team. Working together with the transition lead and account team, they will define and implement business processes and configurations to ensure a streamlined operation of our work order management. The CMMS Analyst will be responsible for:

- Supporting the transition team with the implementation and roll out of the CMMS system
- Provide training and ongoing support to CBRE and client teams on system use ensuring that they are equipped to use the system efficiently and effectively
- Working together with the account team, manage user access including creating new users, removing users, and providing account access support to CBRE and client team members
- Ensure suppliers are trained and effectively using the supplier portal
- Ensure engineers receive training on the effective use of the Engineer App
- Support the development of the Vantage Analytics reporting platform on behalf of the account team.
- Uses the tools available to extract and analyse data to drive service performance metrics.
- Supports the technical operations team in developing, uploading, and maintenance of planned maintenance and asset lifecycle plans
- Partners with platform, account, and other business SMEs to drive continuous improvement and development of account tools
- Supports the CMMS Senior Analyst in implementing robust data governance and documentation across the account
- Understands and develops processes to comply with client data policies
- Supports the account team in developing improvement initiatives by providing insight and analysis of key trends in service performance.
- Works with the global shared services centre to automate routine activities, offshore repetitive administrative tasks, and develop other opportunities to minimise cost and maximise efficiency.
- Be highly organised and efficient
- Have a working knowledge of the relevant tools, particularly CMMS and Tableau based analytics and reporting platforms.
- Be quality driven with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Have strong organisational and analytical skills
- Provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support in preparing presentations and analysis of service performance metrics
- Support the Senior Analyst in designing and implementing new processes and procedures
- Be able to collaborate with other workstreams including technical and non-technical colleagues effectively and efficiently
