WELCOME TO SITA_**

**What Will You Do**
- Training Development & Delivery: Develop and conduct training across SITA’s Airports Portfolios with a focus on Baggage. Provide hands-on training sessions globally for multiple products, focusing on various audiences, such as end users, super users, and occasionally system administrators/technical support functions.
- Aviation and IT Expertise: Employ deep expertise in aviation operations and airport ground handling technologies. Utilize knowledge of cloud IT infrastructure and architecture to enhance training offerings and support system implementations.
- Innovative Technology Integration: Oversee the incorporation and management of advanced learning technologies, including remote and virtual learning environments. Ensure the effective use of productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Word.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Perform quality assurance assessments to maintain high training standards. Design and implement assessments to measure trainee understanding and competence.
- Customized Training Solutions: Design engaging and interactive learning experiences, adjusting training approaches to meet individual and organizational needs. Maintain up-to-date, organized training records, including certifications and performance evaluations.
- Project Management and Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Managers and customers to develop tailored training plans for extensive projects. Ensure seamless integration and availability of course materials for all training initiatives.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for both internal teams and external partners, contributing to the development of training materials and advising on training requirements for RFPs.

Qualifications:
**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development within the aviation industry.
- Demonstrated cross disciplinary collaboration across teams and developing innovative educational programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and e-learning platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile Scrum, and ITSM methodologies is highly desirable

Nice to have:

- SITA WorldTracer/Bag Manager systems and familiarity with modern baggage handling technologies.
- Aviation industry background/experience
