**Maintenance Intern**

Within Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions we are looking for a Maintenance Intern who will perform corrective and preventive maintenance on the equipment in the test hall. In this role, you will be an individual contributor who will take responsibility for providing a high quality and high performance equipment for executing verification & validation physical tests. This is a permanent position based in Sevilla - Spain.

That position is not open to relocation or career migration.

**What you will do**

As a Maintenance Intern you will be responsible for:

- Leading the execution of Maintenance activities, both corrective and predictive
- You will work to improve the reliability & efficiency of test hall equipment, improving the diagnostic capabilities, developing improvements and participating in troubleshooting of complex faults
- Document the performed activities in our reporting system to trace the history of changes that occurred on our equipment

**We believe you have**
- You have a technical education in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Automation Degree or similar
- You have mechanical skills; assembling and disassembling of components and sub-system
- You have electrical competence in reading electrical schema and cabling
- You have pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge in reading pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and cabling
- You have automation skills and knowledge on a different platform (eg: Rockwell, Beckhoff)
- You have technical writing competence in order to create technical project documentation conveying information clearly and accurately
- Knowledge of World Class Engineering (robust Design, DOE, P Diagram and GreenBlack belt Six Sigma) is a plus
- Knowledge of 3D drawing tool (like Creo or similar) is a plus
- You have good knowledge in English
- You have a combination of an analytical and practical mind
- You have good communication skill and you are able to build strong relationships
- You are able to work in a team as well as an individual in a complex environment
- You have a proactive and result-oriented approach and good problem-solving ability to overcome daily challenges
- You are willing to strengthen technical competence, learn on the fly, take initiative and support project activities
