Product Data Analyst

Support product team in defining and measuring main product metrics, identifying trends and possible issues.
- Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, and engagement and provide actionable insights.
- Create reports and build dashboards with Tableau and Mixpanel.
- Answer data-related questions from non-data teams by providing numbers and facts to support the answers.
- Work collaboratively with product team members, such as product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity as well as work with data team and product developers on solving data accuracy issues.
- Champion data literacy and promote a data-driven culture.
**Salary Range**:
The final offer will depend on an applicant's competencies and expectations.
- A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on working experience as a Product Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker ).
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift).
- Programming experience (Python/R).
- Experience with B2B/SaaS/tech company.
- Experience with product led strategies.
- Experience in a cross-functional development team.
- Familiarity with data management and database systems.
