**About the role**:
**Job Purpose**:
This role will be part of a new organization called "**Data Ownership Team**". Under the umbrella of Global Data steward with this new group/positions we will cover a current lack of ownership from Master Data Point of view but also improving connectivity and collaboration with Business. We will group attributes from **2 different areas**:
**Data Domains** based on attribute functional area, like procurement, sales, Finance, R&C or eCOMMERCE and From Business point of view, grouping products sharing same characteristics, so like BU (Mobile, PC, servers, IOT and others). The goal here is to have people specialized on some Data Domain Areas, taking full **accountability of a group attributes**.

**Product Management by Business Unit** from a Data Point of View, having here the responsibility on the definition on the right **Data Strategies** around it, analyzing which kind of data we require around each different BU, because the needs / demands are different between BU but right now we have been handling ling on same way. The main goal of this new position is **to cover a lack of ownership in some Data Management activities** cross departments/ functions / areas

**What you will do**:

- Accountability and **Ownership of All Master Data Attributes** included in their role, based on groups defined before.
- ** Analysis of Current Key Attributes** (Based on functional role, Procurement, Sales, Finance, R& C) for each product in terms of Data information,
- ** Data quality check** (Accuracy, Completeness and usability) and Challenging for data harmonization cross countries
- ** Coordination with Data Quality and Data Maintenance Team** to find the best approach of Data related matters to the Internal coordination with CAM but also with all other teams driving projects / activities that could be impacted by any of these attributes
- ** Analysis of Market/Business Trends** on product attributes in terms of Data
- ** Anticipate potential new needs of information** based on the area
- ** Proactively work with Business Units** to provide right information and guidelines about product usability
- ** Communication and collaboration with Key Players on Data Strategy**. Data Strategy is determined by our current DQ Plan where we know which attributes and areas we would like to improve but also future data needs that we as a company could require to continue growing.

**What we are looking for**:

- ** >3 to 5 Years** of relevant work experience
- Aptitudes on **Database Analysis** and Knowledge on **Data Query Technics**:

- Proficiency on **Data Governance processes**, **Data Visualization systems** and **Product Catalog** in the different areas
- ** Professional proficiency in English is a MUST**:

- Knowledge about **Business Data Needs**, with capability to analyze Market Trends
- Possesses strong **data entry skills**.
- Able to perform **basic mathematical calculations** attending **important details** with accuracy and efficiency
- Able to demonstrate complex **problem solving**, **critical thinking**, and **decision-making**.
- Good **communication skills** to convey necessary information clearly and to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to **interact effectively with higher levels of management** (managers & above) and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses **strong organizational** and **time management skills**, driving tasks to completion and to effectively **multi-task**.
- Able to adjust readily to change and **adapt** as needed to constructively **work under stress** and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others with the ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
