**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Structured Finance VP **, tu objetivo será reforzar las capacidades de generación y ejecución de oportunidades en los diferentes verticales (TMT, CRE & Fund Finance) durante todo el proceso de nuevas oportunidades.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Gestión directa y supervisión en las tareas de modelización financiera, análisis de due diligence, preparación de material y apoyo en los procesos de aprobación internos
- Gestión con Asesoría Jurídica de toda la documentación relativa a las oportunidades gestionadas
- Gestión directa y en las tareas de negociación de contratos y cierre financiero de las operaciones, incluyendo supervisión en las tareas administrativas
- Reforzar la capacidad de generación de nuevas oportunidades
- Apoyar, Instruir y supervisar los recursos junior asignado en cada proyecto

EXPERIENCIA
- 6 años de experiência en Financiación Estructurada, M&A, consultoría estratégica, Private Equity o departamentos de inversión.
- Deseable experiência en revisión y gestión de documentación legal en procesos de financiación y/o adquisición

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciatura en ADE, Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería Técnico Superior o similar.
- Deseable MBA, Master en Finanzas, o similar

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Modelización financiera con Microsoft Excel
- Idiomas: Ingles (fluent); Frances/ Italiano / Aleman (nível medio)
- Preparación de presentaciones para comités de Riesgos /Inversión
- Diferentes marcos regulatorios en las geografías cubiertas
- Análisis de los riesgos principales de los proyectos

OTRA INFORMACIÓN
- Integrará el equipo CRE, TMT & Fund Finance de Project Finance para las zonas geográficas siguiente: Europa Continental (incluyendo España y UK).
