**Main responsabilities**:
Single point of contact of the assigned segment/s Market knowledge: key players, organizational changes, product launches, market trends Knowledge of the key players in the organization: Marketing, Technical, etc. Marketing Promotions Coordination: awareness of existing initiatives, communication to the local team and coordination of actions related to them Update of the Project Pipeline of the assigned segment/s Event facilitator: organization of customer and internal visits (agenda, meeting room, communication to the team) Follow-up of ADPs and actions defined on the visit reports with the KAMs Business Intelligence: facilitate and elaborate data for internal reporting and customers Collaborate with KAMs in customer presentations Commercial activity back-up Fulfillment of standard product information requests (technical data sheets, MSDS, allergen declarations, etc.) Maintenance of customer database and archiving of customer data according to the local guidelines Collaborate in the management of coordinated accounts Local Poweruser of Givaudan Applications (if applicable) Fulfill applicable Givaudan Quality Guidelines Fulfill the norms, procedures and instructions referred to our Environmental Management System Other assigned tasks to support the local Flavours team (flight tickets, taxis, office material, customer gifts management, etc.)

Maintain the support level of the customers in terms of documentation, samples price, and other customer priorities such as:
Close Implementation of price increases to achieve agreed targets Enter and follow up on all regulatory /quality customer requests through the right system Regular maintenance of customer portals with required info Communicate updates in the technical documentation for selling flavors to the customer. Update Givaudan Systems (Aurora, Atlas, Compass, FPR, etc.) with the regular customer and internal changes.

Support the Marketing Initiatives related to customer and category growth opportunities:
Monitor the Fragrance and Beauty categories (Market Dynamics, Product activity); understand marketing brands, Provide Marketing expertise, in coordination with the marketing manager, WE, and RI marketing community, monitor and anticipate the local, regional and local trends. Build in-depth market and customer understanding for assigned product categories and product briefs. Generate insightful market and consumer analysis featuring opportunities for internal stakeholders and external customers. Create and deliver client presentations & innovative stories, tailoring Givaudan’s value proposition to a specific client and market needs. Support in identifying market “white space” and ideating new product directions through concept creation: Writing, Visuals collaboration with the creative team for synergies with locative recommendations. Drive New creative marketing programs and digital communications campaigns proactively. Work with Sales and FC&A to establish appropriate value propositions and reasons to believe that will generate or win briefs

**Education & Knowledge**:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent. Fluent English and Spanish spoken and written as a must, other languages appreciated IT literate, MS Office Complementary studies related to business (Marketing, Food Industry, etc.)
