Buscamos una persona estructurada y ambiciosa que quiera realizar prácticas en una startup en crecimiento vertiginoso, y le motive iniciar su carrera profesional en el ecosistema de emprendimiento, innovación y Real Estate. Trabajarás mano a mano con los dos fundadores apoyando al negocio en diferentes tareas en un entorno muy dinámico y con mucha proyección.
¿Cómo será tu día a día como Trainee en Greenest?
**Apoyo a iniciativas estratégicas**: asistir en el desarrollo y ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas, incluyendo investigación de mercado, análisis competitivo y evaluación de modelos de negocio.
**Gestión de proyectos**: coordinar y gestionar proyectos, reuniones y eventos relacionados con el día a día de la start up.
**Comunicación y coordinación**: facilitar la comunicación y coordinación entre equipos internos, socios externos y partes interesadas, garantizando la alineación y colaboración en iniciativas clave.
**Análisis de datos e informes**: recopilar y analizar datos para seguir el progreso, medir el desempeño e identificar información que guíe la toma de decisiones y el desarrollo de estrategias.
**Apoyo administrativo**: brindar apoyo administrativo según sea necesario, incluyendo la programación de reuniones, preparación de presentaciones y gestión de documentación para facilitar el funcionamiento fluido.
¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?
Eres estudiante de último año o recién finalizados tus estudios universitarios (Grado, Posgrado, Máster) en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería, o similar y estás en disposición de firmar un convenio de prácticas con tu centro de estudios.
Tienes motivación por el emprendimiento e innovación corporativa, e interés por obtener experiência en el campo del Real Estate, ESG e Impacto.
Cuentas con conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Te expresas con fluidez en español e inglés (oral y escrito).
Disfrutas transformando los datos en informes y conclusiones y elaborando documentación de calidad y estructurada que sirva para tomar buenas decisiones.
Posees excelentes habilidades analíticas, de comunicación y organizativas, con la capacidad de priorizar tareas y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Eres una persona autónoma y resolutiva; te gustan los retos y te adaptas al cambio. Tienes iniciativa y te enfocas en conseguir que las cosas sucedan, en tiempo y forma.
Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestra oficinas de Madrid.
¿Quieres saber por qué merece la pena hacer prácticas en Greenest?
Ofrecemos convenio de prácticas retribuidas a jornada completa (800€ bruto/ mes) con una duración de 6 meses, con posibilidad de ampliar a 1 año. Además tendrás posibilidad de incorporación real una vez finalizadas las prácticas.
- ️ Disfrutarás de flexibilidad, autonomía, buen ambiente y la posibilidad de unirte a un ecosistema donde las personas cuentan. Las oficinas están en Madrid, pero tendrás flexibilidad horaria y la posibilidad de trabajar en remoto 2 días a la semana.
