Mep Engineer

- Contribute to the MEP design (calculations, modelling, boq, ), technical due dilligence and reports, works supervision, comissioning and/or facilities management.
- Support BIM6D Team in the MEP field and collaborate with the BIM and Smart Engineering 4.0 Team.
- Track the progress of several BIM models/projects simultaneously.
- Participate in R&D projects related to DigitalTwin technologies for Smart Building and Smart Cities, like our POWERBIM product

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
**BIM6D** is looking for a Consultant MEP Junior Engineer to join our team in Barcelone, Spain.

For this role, you are required to demonstrate experience & skills in the following:

- At least 2 years experience as electrical/mechanical engineer in MEP engineering building projects
- Experience in the use and develope of BIM MEP modelling of buildings
- Familiarity in the use of energy efficiency performance
- Building Energy analytics and energy efficiency knowledge.
- Knowledge of building services (especially mechanical/air-conditioning services, or electrical power HV/LV/ lighting / ELV)
- Familiarity with building process and MEP options.
- Good level of spanish and english is required.

**DESIRED OPTIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Essential knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations related to installations (Low voltaje and ELV, HVAC, Plumbing and Sanitary, fire suppression, ).
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Communication skills and management of multidisciplinary work teams.
- Analytical skills are required to detect errors or possible problems, as well as the ability to search for and propose solutions.
- Experience in dealing directly with clients.
- Good level of use of Word/Excel, Power Point, Autocad and Revit, Project, TCQ/ Presto is highly valuable.
- Target oriented.
