**Main responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage the relationship with Gestoria for payroll.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart and create new support documentation (for policies, processes etc) when needed.
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Assist with offboarding employees, organize exit interviews, prepare the necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth handover of company goods.
- Manage our internal HRIS (Zoho People) and input and maintain employee information, records, and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Support the finance team with Client invoicing task and dealing with expenses invoices.
- Assist during monthly closings by preparing accounting, cash flow, etc.
- Assist in bank reconciliations.
- Administrative issues and ad hoc tasks.

- Degree in ADE, HR or related areas
- Previous relevant experience working with labor regulations and payroll
- Analytical, focused, careful with details and quality, and with a "hands-on attitude"
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook )
- Fluid SpanishEnglish is a plus
