The TSP (Territory Sales Person) is responsible for generating Kardex standard solution sales using a variety of sales techniques to support Kardex’s profitable growth strategy with finding new and binding existing customers in his/her assigned sales area. The standard Kardex Solutions consist of Kardex storage and orderpick solutions, with or without software and conditioned (cleanroom, cool
- and freeze units) storage solutions.

The assigned area is the East and South of Spain (mainly Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia, Andalucia).

The TSP will report to the Sales Manager Iberia and closely cooperates with Software consultants, Inside Sales, Realization team and Products Solution Design / Project engineering to offer the best matching solution to our customers. The TSP will also work closely together with an SSP (System Sales Person) in the region that is responsible for Kardex System Sales in the same area.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Proactive prospection activities: Define potential customers and industries and contact them to present Kardex’ portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and increasing the existing customer base
- Respond to potential customer requests, find new customers and meet the existing customer base to support on their evolving needs
- Increase sales volume, product mix and selling price by overseeing changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Analyze the requirements and objectives of the customer’s in-house logistics and storage structure, including customer site visit
- Develop suitable customer solutions with standard Kardex portfolio, including machines and software and present them in a professional manner
- Provide a high-quality level of customer service in accordance with established Kardex policy
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Accurately and timely report of sales activities (monthly sales forecasting), according to company KPI’s
- Prepare and present budget proposals and/or final offers to customer
- Negotiate and close deals
- Support pre-sales activities (inhouse presentations, business concepts, workshops, fairs, events, etc.)
- Hand-over of won orders to the Realization team
- Contribute to team success by accomplishing related results as needed

Ihr Profil

Relevant work-experience and specific knowledge:

- At least 3 year experience on B2B technical product sales, preferably in Material Handling or Industrial Equipment
- Good market knowledge, with previous experience working in the same territory
- Customer-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to frequently travel around the related sales territory (East and South of Spain)
- Strong self-motivation for sales, and strong target-oriented mindset
- Ability for working remotely, under minimum supervision: Self-motivated, self-disciplined, self-organized and structured
- Proactive in creation of new sales leads
- Enjoy working with objectives, pursuing a consistent Sales Goals achievement
- Build relationships and strong networking skills
- Cope with varying levels of stress and presure
- Consultative technical sales experience and excellent negotiation skills
- Processes-oriented person, ability to follow defined procedures and company guidelines
- Experienced user of modern communication tools and software (e. g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM)
- Application of Sales Methodology (e.g. Miller Heimann or similar)

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics or technical related field
- Relevant experience will compensate education

Language skills:

- Spanish - native or fluent
- English - minimum upper intermediate B2 (both speaking and writing)
