Buscamos Quality Non Destructive Testers (QNDT) para unirse al equipo de **Airbus Operations, en Illescas.**

Trabajando en producción, como **NDT nível 2 **serás responsable del examen y prueba de las propiedades físicas de materiales y componentes para encontrar posibles porosidades, delaminaciones y otras imperfecciones, que podrían afectar a su rendimiento y fiabilidad mediante el uso de procesos de prueba que no dañen la estructura del objeto que se está probando.

**Actividades principales**:
El titular del puesto utiliza un método para el que está certificado según la norma **EN4179.**
- Ensayos por ultrasonidos: disparo de impulsos sonoros de alta frecuencia en los materiales

y análisis de las diferencias en las señales reflejadas.
- Experiência en las técnicas:

- Pulso eco
- Transmisión a través de
- Arreglo en fase
- Experiência en representación de datos:

- A-scan
- B-scan
- C-scan
- El titular del puesto conoce y garantiza el estricto cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y es capaz de elegir la técnica adecuada en el método a aplicar.
- El trabajador asegura la preparación de la pieza y el equipo para la inspección y realiza pruebas para garantizar la calidad o detectar discontinuidades.
- El titular del puesto evalúa los resultados de acuerdo con las especificaciones y normas y es responsable de interpretar los resultados de las pruebas. Completa los informes de Ensayos No Destructivos y garantiza el registro de los resultados de la inspección.
- El titular del puesto es responsable de instruir y supervisar a los aprendices de NDT.
- El titular del puesto desarrolla instrucciones de trabajo de NDT y apoya las auditorías internas de NDT
- El titular del puesto apoya otras actividades operativas de NDT

**COMPETENCIAS**
**- Certificado en fabricación de composites: certificados oficiales para realizar fabricación de composites (layup manual/automático) Utilizar autoclave y/o horno para polimerización.
- Experiência previa relacionada.
- Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación.
- Proactividad y trabajo en equipo.
