**We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Lollipop Technologist to join our R&D Group team in Barcelona (Sant Esteve de Sesrovires).**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Evaluate and drive new product designs of lollipops on the edible part, to innovate or to improve quality and cost, also keeping contacts with external suppliers for identifying new ingredients opportunities.
- Lead the laboratory activities in factory for new recipes or improvement of existing ones.
- Give assistance to the different plants of the group in terms of implementation of new products start up or on troubleshooting for existing products and product modifications and cost reduction processes in the final product.
- Collaborate in updating of know-how on confectionery ingredients and process,

**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**:

- University degree, at least Bachelor, ideally in Food Technology or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in Candies Product Development, ideally in Lollipop category, or eventually in ingredients segment (R&D department).
- Attitude to work in labs and with machines.
- Good ability in trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Proactively searching for continuous improvement.
- Dynamic and flexible, high commitment to work.
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel abroad.
- Own vehicle (necessary to access the offices).
