**Your profile**:
BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification (as IT technician)
- 2 years of work experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- A high degree of reliability, conscientiousness and commitment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
- Good Spanish and English skills

**Your Main Duties**:

- Delivery of PCs as well as cabling and setup of workstations
- Configuration, installation and updates of PCs, printers, network hardware & hotel specific hardware
- Configuration of users and profiles in active directory and Microsoft 365.
- Continuous monitoring of the standards set by Leonardo IT and their implementation
- User support in the client area & the hotel specific software
- Acceptance of incoming trouble tickets and processing as well as qualification to the cluster IT administrator
- Creation and maintenance of the site documentation
- Participation in IT projects of the Leonardo Group.
- Maintain communication with the IT department of our headquarters in Germany to maintain and implement computer systems in a coordinated way.
- Guarantee the existence of resources to develop computer systems and manage orders with suppliers when necessary.
