Since 2023, Noatum is part of **Abu Dahbi Ports group**, one of the largest holding companies in UAE with a broad portfolio of companies. Noatum is to become a worldwide leader in the logistics industry and to achieve this ambitious goal, inorganic growth plays a vital role.

We are currently looking for a M&A Analyst intern to give support to the M&A team in the execution of buy-side processes.

**What will you do?**
- Analyzing and synthesizing financial and operational information.
- Support the development and execution of M&A buy-side transactions in the logistics, maritime and port services sector.
- Support in the preparation of financial models, valuation analysis, and other investment materials.
- Support in the preparation of marketing materials such as one-pagers and investment presentations.
- Support in the smooth execution of due diligence processes.
- Exposure to collaborate with other departments, including finance, legal, tax, accounting, integration, and operations teams as well as external advisors.

Minimum requirements

**What do we look for?**
- Studying a bachelor’s degree in business and management or engineering with relevant courses related to corporate finance or studying a master’s degree in a relevant field related to corporate finance.
- Basic understanding of financial modelling skills for valuing business and preparing benchmarks.
- Basic PowerPoint skills for internal and external presentations.
- Strong English level (B2 level minimum), other languages are a plus.
- Have a genuine interest in corporate finance and business.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
