Wholesale Support Intern

As part of the wholesale team, you will play a critical role collaborating in maintaining and developing our Customer Service & operating model for wholesale clients. You will participate in the execution of our commercial strategies with consistency across the region and protect our brand mark by ensuring that our customer segmentation & commercial policy’s will be implemented and maintained within the Global framework.
**Own the following tasks**:
- Responsible for providing crucial support in various administrative and customer service tasks
- Addressing incidents and returns.
- Offering post-sale services (claims, deliveries, replacements, etc.).
- Assisting with e-commerce operations.
- Client order management.
- Client and articles data base maintenance.
- Ensuring efficient communication with customers/points of sale to provide a quick solution to the problems detected.
**Profile**
- Educational requirements: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Operation & Logistics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experiences
- Professional Background: prior experience in a similar position is an asset
- Languages: English Fluent both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
