UX team collaborates closely with Product and Engineering, keeping communication open and feedback flowing.

**What your future position looks like**:
We’re looking for a talented UX Writer and Content Designer to join our growing UX design team. As a UX Writer in our dynamic environment, you will play a crucial role in improving the language and communication of our B2B and B2B2C products. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers, you’ll help to define and ensure content is considered from the earliest stages of development in our product strategy.

Your job will focus on three main areas:

- Product Development:_
- You will join a growing UX design team, contributing to development and improvement of products and platform features, including B2B and B2B2C.
- Work with product managers and engineers to contribute to strategy discussions, ensuring that content is considered in the product development process from the early stages.
- You will play an important role in auditing platform content and improving communication, establishing how our products should communicate with users and ensuring our message is always clear, accessible, and able to reach a wide range of audiences.
- Language consistency:_
- As bsport’s UX Writer, you’ll collaborate with product designers and business stakeholders to create and refine content. You will oversee the wording and tone of voice for the product, ensuring it aligns with bsport user expectations.
- Envision and define clear, concise wording and actions for all aspects of our product, including microcopy, instructional content, notifications, warning messages, tooltip content, etc.
- You will structure our content style guides, localisation guides, glossary, and controlled vocabulary, creating a content system that will work closely with our design system.
- Develop and advocate for content and UX writing guidelines to be followed by our stakeholders throughout the product and operations.
- Provide context to internal and external stakeholders to guide translations into 7 different languages.
- User experience:_
- Work as part of a UX design team, maintaining contact with our users, partnering with product managers, product designers and development team to help deliver the most understandable, useful and engaging content solutions
- Continuously iterate and improve copy and content based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights to enhance the overall user experience
- Coach and share knowledge with your design colleagues, helping them grow in their UX writing skills with tips and internal workshops that provide them with the autonomy to write small quick messages when needed, according to the guidelines.
- Participate in occasional research interviews to stay aware of issues and improvements that can be addressed or reduced through a text-based approach.

**You will be a good fit to join us if you**:

- Have 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, ideally within a SaaS B2B product environment.
- English proficiency with excellent grammar and copywriting skills.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a strong portfolio that showcases your talent for write concise and user-centric copy.
- Understanding of content-focused, user-first usability testing to validate content solutions in our prototypes and the product itself.
- Possess skills in accessibility and localisation of product text, with the ability to enhance the experience for a more inclusive user base.
