**We are looking for a colleague who **will be assisting in the development and implementation of the Revenue Management BI Platform and in providing the right information at the right time to the right people so that they can make the right decisions to drive revenue Or more simply evolve from looking at data to information that makes you think and motivates you to do something. The Revenue Management BI Platform is developed within the parameters of the Radisson Hotel Group RevGen (Revenue Generation) BI strategy. As data analyst you will assist the Pulse team**_ _**in delivering quality data to feed the online reporting system. This includes analyzing source data, defining the needs, modelling the data, and writing efficient queries to feed dashboards. Moreover, you’ll take an active role in the data validation process of the existing data sets and reports.

**Some ideas we already have in mind on what you will be supporting us with**:

- Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Interpreting data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities

You will benefit from training in database systems and acquire great knowledge in Microsoft Azure and/or Clickhouse. You will be coached by the Pulse Team to develop and act in your job at your best

**We would need you to be**
- Graduated in Computer Science/Engineering/Statistics or other relevant studies
- Experience working for 3-5 years as a Web Developer or Data Engineer
- Proficient in database systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Azure and be able to write efficient code. Knowledge of ClickHouse will be a strong advantage.
- Technical expert in data modeling, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in business English
