**What you will be doing...**

At **Jet2holidays **we create memories for our all-important customers during their well-deserved holiday

We have a fantastic opportunity for a** Destination Manager in Reus & Girona**, for Summer 2024, on a **secondment** basis.

**What will you do in the role?**

As our **Destination Manager **you will hold the most senior position in destination, overseeing a team of Customer Helpers in both **resort and airport operations **and **Team Leaders**. You will report to the **Regional Manager**, who is based remotely.

In this role you will work with our **local agents **in resort and **senior UK stakeholders** to achieve set** KPIs,** ensuring **company policies, procedures **and** brand values** are always followed, as well as delivering your operation to our **budget** criteria. You will have overall responsibility for managing the **planning and delivery** of the **Jet2holidays** service across the destination and will be responsible for delivering **strong performance and results**.

**What will I need?**

You will already hold, or be able to obtain, the full right to work documentation / resident status for Spain. Due to the level of travel required in the role, you will be required to hold a full and valid driving licence. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
