**Motion ERP IS Program lead (flexible location)**:

**This position reports to**:
Motion Business Area CIO

**Your responsibilities**:

- Matching IS delivery scope (resources, competences, capacity, delivery method and plan) with business demand
- Managing and overseeing the delivery of the Motion ERP and other agreed IS Services on time, budget and in line with business expectations
- Develop the expertise of the COE across S/4HANA solution architecture, functional & technical design through to ability to manage IS operations
- Manage IS build of the Motion ERP, development & configuration including engagement of external implementation partner services
- Manage transition to and operation of the Motion ERP landscape
- Establish the governance framework and IS services across ERP platforms; sandbox, development, Q&A and Production systems for delivery processes
- Collaborate with Corporate, other Business ERP COE’s teams and other IS Domains for Global Programs, realize common services and resource sharing where beneficial.
- Lead the training and engagement of the ERP IS functional expert community and support the people transition to new ERP operating model

**Your background**:

- 20+ years IT experience across multiple IS roles in delivery of ERP projects & services across all core business value chain processes (sales, operations, etc.)
- Experience in leading company-wide/cross business ERP implementations, maintenance and operations managing change impacts and dependencies.
- IT management experience in a complex, global IS organization
- IS solution expertise in other IT platforms integrating with ERP to support distinct business processes is a plus (e.g. CRM, Analytics, PLM, etc.)
- Experience in designing, deploying, managing and institutionalizing processes and tools standards for IS management
- Strong skills in networking and building rapport with variety of stakeholders
- Communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensitive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are beneficial
