**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Reporting to Marketing Manager, the Sustainable Developement &Corporate Social Responsibility manager will be responsible to develop Marketing Strategies based on Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Develop a comprehensive summary of the main trends of sustainability and corporate social responsibilities in our industry and in FMCG markets (products, packaging,waste ,carbon print.)
- Set up an in-depth competition analysis and identify key business leverages.Propose catch up plans when needed and Breakthrough initiative
- Understand stakeholders’ needs regarding environmental and CSR policies and trends.
- Liaise with BIC Group SD team to align our strategy and benefit from the Group SD&CSR developments.
- Define together with the Channel Coordinators, the strategy in sustainable products, packagings design and optimization, transport policy,and engage an inter-departments development plan ( Vinci Lab,NPD,etc..)
- Designing and producing the necessary communication materials according to the agreed action plans.
- Cross product management: NPD, product maintenance, sales performance and forecast, discontinuation program together with RGM etc. Of the products of his/her responsibility.
- KPI and Data reporting related with sustainable development.
- Prepare and manage legal environmental documentation and procedures with HSE in coordination with the BGE Lawyer.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Marketing/ Engineering/ Environmental Sciences/ Product designer degree
- Specialization in sustainable development or CSR is a plus
- Fluent in English and other foreign languages will be appreciated.
- A minimum of two years’ experience is required in a multinational company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
