What you’ll do & Who you are

At Adevinta we are looking for a People Services Hub Learning Administrator who will be reporting directly to the People Services Hub SME Talent Manager.

Be aware that this is a hybrid role (2-3 days in the office), therefore you will have to come to our offices based in Barcelona (Poblenou).

As the People Services Hub Learning Administrator, you’ll help coordinate the employee Learning and Development processes across our multiple countries, including France, Spain, Italy, and more. You'll oversee administrative tasks, seamlessly managing various digital platforms, adapting to diverse work methods, and ensuring understanding of government policies and subsidies as we transition to a global model.

Additionally, you'll support the SME Talent and collaborate closely with the Center of Excellence, capturing and documenting the unique strategies employed in each country. This collaboration will fuel the creation of innovative solutions, aimed at enhancing the employee learning journey and shaping the Adevinta global training offering.
- What _you'll_ do:_- Managing requests and supporting transactional activities in our training platforms and Workday, our HCM software. Providing support to the People Advisors on learning-related queries and escalating to the SME Talent when needed.- You will coordinate logistics for instructor-led training sessions, from scheduling to participant and trainer communication, and ensuring collaboration with partners, such as the Workplace team, to arrange facilities for in-person sessions.- You will be the primary point of contact for external training providers, tracking and consolidating vendor activity to maintain standards and enhance collaboration.- Support the SME Talent with Center of Excellence initiatives, including the creation and maintenance of employee support materials (such as FAQs, work instructions, and L&D communications on the intranet) to foster a culture of learning. Taking proactive measures to identify areas for improvement in talent processes.- You will maximise the utilisation of government training subsidies and adeptly managing them.- You will compile and report training data to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, while also providing essential insights for our annual training reports.
- Who you are:_-
- Knowledge of government training subsidies and compliance requirements, would be a plus.- Proficiency in managing multiple operating systems, processes and collaborating with multiple partners.- Detail oriented and data driven, with a service-oriented approach.- Skill in change management and adaptability in dynamic environments- Strong problem-solving abilities and independence to identify challenges and share ideas for solution- Fluency in English is essential. Additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is highly valued.
