We are looking for a legal counsel with 5 to 7 years of experience specialized in banking & finance, who has developed most of his/her career in relevant law firms, to join the legal department of our company. Previous experience in renewable energy projects will be highly appreciated.

We have significant financial capabilities to accomplish our strategy, so we plan to grow very rapidly as we develop and increase our project portfolio.
Reporting to the company's General Counsel, you will perform the following
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Review, drafting and negotiation of project financing agreements and ancillary documents (corporate guarantees, etc.).
- Review, drafting and negotiation of project documents (mainly turnkey agreements) to ensure bankability thereof, as well as ancillary documents, such as corporate guarantees, bank guarantees, etc.
- Review, drafting and negotiation of corporate financing agreements.
- Monitor financing agreements executed to ensure compliance with all obligations thereunder. Management of waivers and amendment agreements, as needed.
- Support with any other legal matter that is required within the legal department (corporate, etc.).
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, being highly valued a Master's degree in Law from a prestigious business school.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Banking & Finance, preferably in relevant law firms.
- Prior experience in renewable energies will be a plus.
- Skilled in legal English.
