Commis Chef

**Responsibilities**:

- **Culinary Assistance**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Learn and follow recipes, ensuring accurate measurements and techniques.
- Execute basic kitchen tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to maintain a positive team environment.
- Follow instructions and guidance from senior kitchen staff.
- Participate actively in training sessions to enhance culinary skills.
- **Quality Control**:

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in conducting quality checks on ingredients and prepared dishes.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to senior kitchen team members.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Support in managing and organizing kitchen inventory.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Learn proper procedures for storing and handling ingredients.
- **Menu Preparation**:

- Assist in basic menu preparations, contributing to the overall presentation and taste of dishes.

**Salary**: 850.00€ - 950.00€ per month
