Property Lister

5 Real Estate are Spain's fastest growing fixed-fee international estate agent. We currently have 11 offices throughout the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region and due to our continued expansion, we require a Property Lister to join our established and growing team covering Guardamar del Segura, Santa Pola & Gran Alacant.

Tasks
- Conduct valuations on properties who have enquired to list their property with 5 Real Estate
- Negotiate a price to advertise their property according to the market valuation
- Build a portfolio of sellable properties
- Market research property prices in the designated area
- Sell the benefits of using 5 Real Estate to clients wanting to sell their property
- Take professional photographs and detailed writeups of properties

**Requirements**:

- An ambitious, hardworking and professional
- Confident with a results orientated approach
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Previous photography experience is a plus
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
- Fluency in English & Spanish
- additional languages are advantageous.
- Full Spanish driving license
