Tecnología y Operaciones/Santander Global Technology and Operations SL **está buscando un/a **Product & IT Project Management **para **nuestras oficinas en **Boadilla del Monte.**

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Product & IT Project Management **, tu objetivo será analizar, interpretar, retar y converger los requerimientos del usuario de Riesgo No Financieros, para dimensionar el esfuerzo y traducirlos en especificaciones técnicas principalmente en **SAP GRC **, de manera que los equipos de desarrollo puedan llevarlos a cabo, con la mayor calidad y eficiencia. Adicionalmente, proponer mejoras continuas en el modelo operativo de la aplicación **.**

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Entender, interpretar y recoger los requerimientos de los usuarios de Riesgo Operacional (Corporativos y locales) y tener la capacidad de trasmitir dichos requerimientos a los equipos técnicos.
- Dimensionar el esfuerzo requerido de los equipos de desarrollo y de otros equipos (pruebas, plataformas, sistemas, etc) y (en horas), y plazos para la entrega, considerando la dedicación de los otros intervinientes.
- Identificar las dependencias con otros desarrollos/requerimientos en curso y alinear/ diseñar los requerimientos y desarrollos en SAP GRC y ajustar la planificación/equipos y fechas de las entregas con aquellos proyectos con los que se tienen dicha dependencia.
- Presta Soporte a la Certificación del software y su integración con otros componentes, diseñando, y realizando las pruebas relevantes o necesarias para garantizar la calidad de la entrega.
- Aportar recomendaciones a los equipos de desarrollo para implementar el código en la tecnología requerida, evaluando riesgos, buscando soluciones y áreas de mejora de nuestro software.
- Prestar soporte técnico a los equipos de prueba en las pruebas de certificación y al usuario en las pruebas UAT.
- Preparar documentación de formación/manuales e impartir formación sobre la herramienta y nuevas funcionalidades a usuarios finales.
- Dar soporte post-implantación para ayudar a la transferencia de conocimientos a los equipos BAU y asegurar la adecuada resolución de las incidencias.

EXPERIENCIA
- Mínimo **7 años **de experiência en proyectos de desarrollo sobre tecnología **SAP **GRC **, process Control y por lo menos 3 años de experiência relacionándose con equipos de gestión de **Riesgo Operacional **, que le permitan conocer el modelo operativo y principales preocupaciones del usuario.

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciatura/Grado Universitario.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimientos técnicos en **SAP (GRC) **, SAP HANA, ABAP, Sql, SAS.
- [ Conocimientos funcionales en Gestión del riesgo Operacional/ Control Interno, regulaciones relevantes.
- Experiência en explotación de modelos de datos.
- Experiência en herramientas de gestión de peticiones incidencias (ServiceNow, Jira,..)
- Experiência en gestión de proyecto utilizando herramientas como (Jira / Confluence / MS Project.
- Capacidad de trabajo y autoestudio de casuísticas complejas que suceden en el entorno Productivo.
- Ingles Medio (B2).
