We are designing and building a fleet of near-space hypersonic vehicles and the associated infrastructures to support the world’s fastest transportation network. Our hypersonic aircraft define a new class of fast.

We are looking for an IT Administrator that can Implement, maintain, and secure the company information systems, including computers, communications and office equipment, software, and network infrastructure. Support for users in the operation of corporate information systems.

Tasks
- User support in working with corporate hardware and software
- Setting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users
- Setting up office equipment (printers, scanners) and connecting them to the office computer networks
- Setting up network equipment including switches, firewalls
- Setting up servers to share data, documents, software code, licenses
- Transfer of faulty equipment for repair and acceptance after repair
- Participation in the purchase of necessary equipment (formulation of requirements, acceptance of equipment)
- Managing user accounts in information systems
- Setting up user access rights to the company's IT resources
- Monitoring of equipment operation, computer network operation, user activity
- Writing user instructions for working with equipment and software

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal and written communication English and Spanish skills,
- Emotional stability
- Strong diagnostic skill, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its installation and administration (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Knowledge and management of Microsoft Active directory (users, groups, etc.)
- Knowledge and ability to configure resources on Amazon Web Services
- Organization of work with remote users (remote work and support tools, communication)
- Working in an environment where you need to constantly prioritize between many tasks

Desirable knowledge and skills
- Configuring and operating a Citrix/VMware environment
- Configuration and use of virtualization of computing resources
- Siemens Teamcenter administration, NX administration
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

Qualifications and Experience
- University or college degree in information technology or similar
- At least five years of experience in a technical role required with a wide range of responsibilities
