**Job Description**:
What you will do as part of our team:

- Prepare sales related documents throughout the sales process (e.g. proposals, contracts or banqueting event orders)
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally
- Gather materials and assemble information packs (e.g. brochures, promotional material)
- Utilise sales techniques that maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to the Hotel
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify information (e.g. commissions, leads, third parties) into systems involved in the sales process
- Respond to guest enquiries about Hotel facilities/services (e.g. opening hours, room rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English (oral and written), a second language is an asset.
- Have previous customer-related experience (valued).
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Be highly responsible and discreet.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Have the ability to focus your attention on the needs of the customer, while remaining calm and courteous.
- Own vehicle
