Project Management Associate

As a IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE, you will assists the Project/Program Manager with project organization, generation of reports and consolidation of project information. You read andinterpret schedule information, maintain schedules, manage logs, organize and document meetings, enter and maintain resources in PRM tool.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages portions of project administrative tasks including tool updates to support senior staff or
other project managers
- Assists in project organization, generation of reports and consolidation of project information
- Assists the project/program manager to manage and maintain data used for project execution,
management and reporting
- Organizes and documents meetings
- Assists with budget management including invoice reconciliation
- Keeps an open mind for continuous improvement
- Manages tasks independently with direction from project management lead
- Understands best practices for project organization
**Qualifications**
- A strong interest in Project Management as a career is preferrered
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- High level of English
