**The Challenge**:
At OneTrust our Customer Experience (CX) is responsible for helping our customers implement OneTrust products. As such we are on the front line to make sure our customers adopt and get the maximum business benefit from their investment in our products.

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant for the Data Discovery product to join our team. In this role, you will work in the CX team to partner with our customers to help them install, configure, architect the requirements of the Data Discovery product, as part of the customer's Privacy programme. You will provide technical suggestions, consulting, technical support and thought leadership, championing their needs with OneTrust.

**Your Mission**:

- Assist customers to define the deployment architecture for the Kubernetes based Data Discovery product for both on-prem and public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) deployments
- Support customers in the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Kubernetes infrastructure (storage / compute / network) on either on-prem or cloud-hosted environments
- Engage with customer's technology teams to assist them with Kubernetes storage setup, network architecture, security posture and deployment design
- Build on your extensive experience with Kubernetes, so that you can assist customers in the implementation of the pre-requisites of the Data Discovery product
- Bridge the technology gaps between the customer, their technology teams, the OneTrust Data-Discovery implementation team and the OneTrust product teams
- Have a technical consulting mindset and throughout your engagement be able to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, understanding their requirements, needs and what success looks like
- Understand customer's data governance requirements, and process maturity to be able to support their roadmap for OneTrust Data Discovery product adoption
- Co-create these programmes with customers and bring to bear your industry, technology, and product expertise to architect right-fit solutions
- Champion the voice of the customer within OneTrust including to broker discussions with Product, advocate on their behalf and contribute to ideation of enhancements

**You Are**:

- An experienced technology professional with hands-on experience on Kubernetes either on-prem or on public clouds (AKS / EKS / GKE)
- Experienced with installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Kubernetes for on-prem (OpenShift etc,) and public clouds (AKS / EKS / GKE)
- Well versed with all aspects of Kubernetes (storage, networking, compute, security) and can work directly with the customer's technology teams to support on-prem or cloud-hosted Kubernetes deployment install, config, and troubleshooting
- Able to support customers post go-live with their Kubernetes related issues
- Able to work with customers in both US and EMEA time-zones
- Experienced in a DevOps environment and understand cloud / on-prem infrastructure integration
- Skilled in managing customer's technical stakeholders in complex environments
- Knowledgeable of the technical consulting / professional services industry
- Able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with OneTrust's values and culture

**Your Experience Includes**
- 5+ years of relevant experience across professional services, solution engineering, technical implementation consulting or technical support
- Expertise in architecting, installing, troubleshooting, and supporting on-prem / cloud-based enterprise software in both post-sale and post go-live situations
- Experience with deployment, configuration, troubleshooting of Kubernetes
- Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud (storage setup, storage configuration, network setup, subnet config, integration with on-prem etc.)
- Knowledge of installation, configuration, troubleshooting of on-prem Kubernetes (OpenShift etc.)
- Basic Knowledge SQL Server, Mongo-DB, Linux, and Windows administration
- API knowledge and scripting skills (PowerShell / Python / bash etc.)
- Willingness to travel (10-20%)
