**Context Of The Role**

The Network Partner Team is responsible for the growth of the Global Payments Network, Quality of Service, and Partner Relationship Management. You will be part of a fast-paced environment that values the exchange of ideas and teamwork.

The Network Strategy Intern is based in Barcelona, reporting to the Senior Network Strategy and BI Analyst under the Global Head of Network and Operations. This is a horizontal role cutting across the globe and will be closely with the rest of the Regional Heads: Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

This role offers a great opportunity to learn and understand the global payments market in a multicultural team by working on Network insights, performing market research, creating country fact-sheets, and working with vendors to develop stellar sales collateral in the fast-paced international payment industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and develop country factsheets strategy of the Thunes Global Network by working with internal stakeholders and market data in terms of prioritisation.
- Identify, analyse, and document market insights of Thunes Global Network Coverage countries.
- Proactively review, monitor, and maintain the market insights information, ensuring a high level of accuracy by having a strong relationship with the Regional Network leaders.
- Participate in the design and production of country factsheets to deliver the necessary information and insights for the Sales team to effectively sell our Network.
- Engage with Marketing and Sales teams to provide consistent and reliable marketing collateral and assets to monetise the network better.

**Professional Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimally, a degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, Computer Science, Technology, Economics etc.)
- Strong data gathering and collation skills and analytical ability.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise tasks.
- Must be flexible, self-motivated and team-player.
- Highly adaptable, curious mindset and can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders around the globe in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Google Suite is a plus
- Some knowledge of the remittance market and international payments trends will be an advantage
