Tratamiento De Aguas Goloso El, España Fresenius Medical Care A tiempo completo

Como role formador técnico en el producto, establece relaciones estables y de confianza para la venta en esta división de producto. Es la figura responsable del contacto y la relación con las personas relevantes en hospitales / clínicas de la zona asignada desde un punto de vista asistencial; grupos privados, plataformas públicas de compras regionales y otras cuentas relevantes, tanto si están categorizadas como prioritarias, con el objetivo de mantener relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
- Colabora con el equipo comercial en las iniciativas de ventas de FME dentro de las cuentas de la región asignada, marcándose objetivos a corto y largo plazo, asegurando un enfoque orientado a la cuenta y priorizando las soluciones integradas sobre las ventas de un solo producto / servicio, con el fin de conseguir los objetivos comerciales marcados.
- Canaliza con el equipo comercial las oportunidades comerciales identificadas a través de role de formador experto en productos de diálisis domiciliaria, coordinando acciones y recursos internamente para la preparación de propuestas de interés en las cuentas asignadas.
- Desarrolla una amplia red de relaciones dentro de las cuentas asignadas, manteniendo actualizada la información relevante a través de informes, reportes de visitas, información de mercado y del entorno.
- Valora y clasifica a los clientes según las necesidades identificadas, ofreciendo nuevos servicios personalizados, adaptados a sus características y especificidades, actuando como asesor.
- Transmite internamente información relevante sobre los productos; reacciones no previstas o cualquier incidencia relacionada con los mismos para la gestión correspondiente.
- Mantiene actualizados sus conocimientos del mercado, productos, terapias y tratamiento de la enfermedad renal para el correcto desempeño de su actividad, participando para ello en la formación que se requiera tanto a nível científico como para el desarrollo de otras habilidades.
- Cumple con los objetivos de comercialización establecidos por Dirección en hospitales públicos y privados y realizar demostraciones de producto y asesoramiento técnico.
- Diseña mediante el análisis de necesidades de cada cliente, una estrategia de servicio orientada tanto al corto como al medio-largo plazo.
- Reporta continuamente la actividad técnico-comercial realizada con el grupo de Clientes de la zona de influencia.
- Colabora con el Departamento de Concursos interno, anticipando y asesorando sobre los requisitos técnicos para facilitar la adaptación del producto y servicio de Fresenius Medical Care a las expectativas de nuestro Cliente.
- Transmite a los profesionales de enfermería internos, al resto del equipo, así como a Clientes, información actualizada sobre el desarrollo de productos y terapias de Fresenius Medical Care. Para ello, impartirá formación, apoyará en la organización de reuniones, congresos y eventos que favorezca la correcta utilización y manipulación en colaboración con Marketing.
- Sigue el posicionamiento en el Mercado de productos propios y de la competencia.
- Detecta necesidades de Enfermería en los centros hospitalarios y privados del sector, transmitiendo dicha información a las personas capaces de poder colaborar en su resolución.
- Diseña programa de visitas de manera independiente o conjunta, según estrategia comercial y necesidades detectadas.
- Elabora informes de “Incidencias” cuando sea necesario y remitirlo al Jefe de Producto. Colaborar en la comunicación y tramitación de las incidencias cuando se precise.
- Atiende a las llamadas debidas a la funcionalidad de los equipos instalados.
- Colabora en evaluaciones, estudios y ensayos clínicos para el buen entendimiento de los protocolos y efectuar seguimiento y monitorización de los mismos, según indicaciones del Jefe de Producto.
- Da apoyo técnico al Servicio de Atención al Cliente.

Requerimientos para la posición:

- Titulación universitaria asistencial en Enfermería (DUE), Medicina (MIR o no MIR), o titulación homologada en su caso.
- Titulación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Se valorarán, al menos 3 años de experiência en Hemodiálisis. Valorable conocimiento de Diálisis Peritoneal
- Se valorarán, al menos 2 años de experiência comercial en el sector hospitalario
- Se valorará experiência docente y o de promoción de productos afines dentro del sector hospitalario
