El colegio Internacional SEK El Castillo, precisa incorporar un Director para su residencia de estudiantes.

**Misión**:
Planificar, programar, coordinar y evaluar la actividad académica, cultural y deportiva de los alumnos residentes, con el objetivo de mejorar su aprendizaje e integración.

**Funciones**:

- Asegurar el uso creativo de los tiempos, recursos, espacios y personal de la Residencia para el aprendizaje y la realización integral del alumno.
- Controlar y revisar las tutorías de los educadores.
- Mantener entrevistas con el coordinador de etapa, padres y alumnos para asegurar una comunicación abierta sobre el aprendizaje e integración del alumno.
- Supervisar, con la colaboración del Departamento de Orientación y los Tutores, la evolución académica de sus alumnos y las incidencias relevantes y organizar su actividad en Residencia de acuerdo a ello.
- Elaborar anualmente un Plan de Trabajo y una Memoria de Actividades asegurando su contribución a la mejora del proceso del alumno en Residencia.
- Diseñar y supervisar los horarios y actividades académicas, deportivas y culturales de alumnos residentes, así como la distribución de habitaciones, grupos etc., respetando las orientaciones legales así como las orientaciones del equipo docente y de carácter institucional
- Apoyar a RRHH en la selección de personal de Residencia, y la elaboración de horarios, diurnos y nocturnos fines de semana y vacaciones, tanto en el curso académico como en los cursos de verano.
- Celebrar reuniones periódicas con la dirección, los coordinadores y tutores para informar y para el correcto desempeño de las actividades de Residencia.
Asistir a las reuniones de Consejo de Centro semanalmente y a las de Consejo Pedagógico cuando sea requerido.
- Gestionar los pedidos de los materiales necesarios y las incidencias de Residencia.
Disponibilidad y accesibilidad inmediata, para resolver los asuntos que surjan en la Residencia en tiempo y lugar.
- Desarrollo de nuevos proyectos (deportivos, verano, idiomas, internacionales, etc. ) para optimizar e impulsar la Residencia.
- Realizar la valoración de todo el personal a su cargo junto con el Director, Subdirectores y el departamento de RRHH enfocado a la utilización de los resultados en la mejora de la Residencia.
- Participar en el cumplimiento de las auditorias de calidad, certificaciones y procesos de mejora (IB,CIS)

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación superior.
- Conocimientos TIC.
- Experiência relevante relacionada con el puesto de al menos 5 años.
- Dominio de idioma inglés y español.
- Valorable experiência internacional.
