**What will you be doing?**

As Financial Controller, you are responsible for controlling and reviewing the financial information and ensuring statutory, tax and legal compliance of several legal entities in EMEA.

This will include:

- ** Accounting controlling for** **Legal entities in Scope**
- Quarterly review of financial statements (US GAAP)
- Financial Reporting analytical review (preparation + analysis)
- Deep dive on certain BS areas / unusual items,
- Non standard commercial transactions review (606)
- Regular teamwork with the Finance Shared Services, consolidation, tax and legal teams
- Responsible for reviewing statutory financial statements and presenting them to Boards of Directors
- Organization of the statutory annual financial statements’ audits
- Coordination with local tax advisors and local auditors & coordination of local stat filings including surveys
- Ad-hoc contribution to finance-related projects
- ** Business partnering and projects management**
- Partner with regional managing directors, leadership team and FP&A on the overall finance and business management of the region
- Contribute to finance/legal/tax related projects to support environment evolution and company’s evolution and growth (organic or acquisition).
- ** Tax, legal and SOX compliance**
- Assistance to the Tax audits (if any)
- Review and sign off on Corporate income tax returns
- Performance of SOX controls related to Income tax

**Who you are**
- Masters in accounting and Finance is required (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
- Strong Excel and power point skills (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- At least 4 years of experience in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred) -experience in the New Technology and Digital Marketing industries is a plus.
- Must be well organized and analytical. Good team player. Self-driven and curious
- Excellent communication skills in English, Italian/Hebrew is a plus
- Willing to work in a fast moving, complex international environment.
