Du bist Teil des Wachstumsmarktes Healthcare IT und stellst die Umsetzung von nationalen Anforderungen im Bereich Telematikinfrastruktur in unserem Krankenhausinformationssystem sicher.

Dein Beitrag:

- Als Teil eines agilen Teams verantwortest Du übergreifend die Konzeption und Umsetzung von Komponenten der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI).
- Du verantwortest in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern die Release-Planung und nimmst an Sprint Plannings, Retrospektiven und fachlichen Endabnahmen teil.
- Über Jira und Confluence erstellst Du auf Basis der fachlichen Anforderungen Epics, User Stories sowie Akzeptanzkriterien und unterstützt das Entwicklungsteam bei der Ableitung der technisch notwendigen Maßnahmen.
- Als Product Owner (m/w/d) begleitest Du die Entwicklerinnen und Entwickler bei der gesamtheitlichen Umsetzung.
- Du verstehst Dich als operativer "Macher" (m/w/d) und es macht Dir Spaß selbst beim Umsetzen der Lösungen mit anzupacken.

Das bringst Du mit:

- Du hast Dein Studium im Bereich IT, Naturwissenschaften oder in Gesundheitswesen, erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bringst alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im agilen Produktmanagement, idealerweise als Product Owner (m/w/d), mit.
- Der Umgang mit interdisziplinären Stakeholdern aus Produktmanagement, Softwareentwicklung und Support ist für Dich geläufig.
- Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Bereich e-health oder Digital Health, bzw. die Motivation, sich tief in die Prozesse einzuarbeiten.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift.
