YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about leading agile teams to success? Would you like to mentor and motivate teams to improve processes, facilitate meetings and decision-making processes?

If so, we have an opportunity at CEVA Logistics to oversee and guide scrum teams within an international environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You will use the agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions and will train, mentor and support scrum teams to follow these values, principles and practices.
- You determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- You schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- You monitor progress and performance and help teams to make improvements.
- You plan and organize demos and product/system testing.
- You ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team.
- You track project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- You prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have a degree in computer science, information technology or a relevant field preferred.
- You have 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- You have ideally experience of operational (transport) processes.
- Being a certified scrum master is a plus, SAFe preferred.
- You have knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- You have people and project management skills
- You have strong communication and presentation skills in English (Fluent in French is a plus)
