**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**

Como EHS & Operations Manager, darás apoyo al Store Manager en la creación de un entorno de trabajo seguro para los clientes y los colleagues, aplicando nuestra visión de EHS «Safe Today, Safe Tomorrow» y promoviendo nuestra estrategia de sostenibilidad medioambiental Primark Cares, mediante la asunción de la responsabilidad de las actividades de Operations y de EHS en la Tienda.
- Colaborarás con el equipo de managers de la tienda para lograr la excelencia operativa y crear una cultura de trabajo seguro mediante la aplicación de todas las políticas y procedimientos de EHS, y la mitigación proactiva de los peligros que puedan surgir.
- Serás un ejemplo a seguir, dirigirás y formarás al Equipo de Tienda para mantener un lugar de trabajo seguro y eficiente. Gestionarás las tareas diarias del EHS & Operations In-store Lead.

Tener interés y motivación por la seguridad de la tienda y su entorno es un factor clave para la posición. Además, buscamos una persona con capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos y gestionar eficazmente situaciones difíciles. Ser una persona analítica, organizada y resolutiva, son características esenciales para el puesto.
- Primark es una compañía en plena expansión por lo que nuestras necesidades se encuentran repartidas por todo el país y buscamos que nuestros equipos conozcan variedad de unidades de negocio con el fin de potenciar su progresión profesional, por lo que un requisito indispensable será que aportes disponibilidad geográfica a nível nacional.
- Tener experiência sólida en gestión y Health & Safety será necesario. Valoraremos los idiomas que conozcas, incluyendo la lengua de signos. No olvides comentárnoslo, ya que nos ayudará a ofrecerle al cliente un gran servicio.
