Realizar el estudio de los expedientes y las visitas presenciales a clientes particulares o a empresas según tipología de cobro.-
- Definir, de acuerdo a su plan de actividad las fechas de visitas a deudores.-
- Realizar las visitas presenciales a deudores y a otras personas o empresas sobre las que se pudiera obtener información legal del deudor principal.-
- Presentarse e identificar al interlocutor como interviniente de la operación y dar el enfoque correcto a la visita en función de la fase en que se encuentre el expediente adaptándose a la situación real.-
- Rebatir las objeciones del deudor y redirigirle hasta acordar el pago, la cantidad, tiempo y modo de pago o actuaciones pertinentes en caso de negativa.-
- Tabular la gestión según resultado de la visita anotando los comentarios pertinentes en el sistema dispuesto para ello.-
- Dejar aviso de la visita si el interlocutor no ha sido localizado así como los distintos medios para que el deudor se ponga en contacto con el gestor.-
- Recepción de llamadas del deudor, identificar al interlocutor y cotejar datos de contacto (DNI, referencia u otros datos personales).-
- Gestionar las incidencias en la contabilización de palancas y descuadre de cobros según la operativa vigente.-
- Ejecutar las gestiones de cobro según la operativa vigente, garantizando su correcto cumplimiento.-
- Jornada: Completa Ubicación: Sevilla-
- Requisitos-
- Nível de estudios mínimo Bachillerato.-
- Buen nível de Office y agilidad en el manejo de sistemas informáticos.-
- Experiência mínima de 1 año realizando funciones similares o cómo comercial presencial en la zona. En cartera Secured.-
- Al menos 1 año de antigüedad en puesto actual.-
- Capacidad y posibilidad de desplazarse por la zona de trabajo asignada.-
- Capacidad de comunicación.-
- Capacidad de negociación.-
